Richard Orlow

Richard Orlow has held positions with the U.S. Department of Justice, Tax Division; Ernst & Whinney; Rubin, Shapiro & Orlow; Historic Landmarks for Living; Aegis Investment Resources; and Glenmeade Trust. He presently serves as Counsel for Earth Enterprises, Inc. He formerly served as Vice President of Finance and General Counsel for GenTerra Corporation. Mr. Orlow graduated from Penn State University. He holds a Juris Doctor from Delaware Law School and a L.L.M. in Taxation from Temple University. Mr. Orlow is a Certified Public Accountant and is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In the past, Mr. Orlow has served as the Planning Commission Chairman in East Whiteland Township. He is currently a member of the East Whiteland Township Zoning Hearing Board.
