Philip Reilly began his career in a family owned commercial general contracting business. He now owns a Chester County based company that employs more than 80 people. Mr. Reilly is a graduate of Villanova University with a B.S in Civil Engineering. He is now a member of the Building Steering Committee of St. Elizabeth Parish in Upper Uwchlan. Mr. Reilly is also an active member of the Associated Builders & Contractors and the Home Builders Association of Chester and Delaware Counties.
