Natalie Carrozza is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of First Resource Bank. She has 23 years of banking experience. Ms. Carrozza began her career with Commerce Bank and later advanced her career and served ten years at Glendale National of New Jersey. In 1995, she joined First Commercial Bank, where her responsibilities included establishing procedures for credit administration, loan documentation and loan compliance. In 1999, Ms. Carrozza was involved in the organization of First Cornerstone Bank, where she served six years as Vice President of Operations.
