		Lauren Ranalli Lauren Ranalli is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of First Resource Bank. She started her career as an auditor in the financial services practice with Ernst & Young LLP. Ms. Ranalli continued her career by serving as Vice President, Controller, Secretary and Treasurer of a Chester County community bank. Ms. Ranalli was responsible for all aspects of the daily financial management of the holding company and bank. Ms. Ranalli graduated from Villanova University with a BS in accounting and is a certified public accountant. Back to Officers
