Joseph DiSciullo began his business career by operating a family owned home heating oil and HVAC business. Mr. DiSciullo has been active in rental, rehabilitation, and sale of properties in the Coatesville and Parkesburg areas. Mr. DiSciullo is a graduate of West Chester University. In the past, Mr. DiSciullo served on the Coatesville Planning commission. He is now a member of the finance committee of Our Lady of Consolation Church and on the Board of Directors of the Road to Freedom Museum.
