John O’Connell’s career has taken him to The Nestle Company, Burger King Corporation, Girard Bank, Carlton Importing Company, Labatt’s USA and Renewable Energy Development Corporation. He presently serves as Managing Partner of West Chester Off Campus Housing LLC, an owner and manager of student rental properties in the West Chester area. Mr. O’Connell graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a BS in Business Administration. He holds an MBA from Pace University and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University. Mr. O’Connell is a member of the Board of Directors of the West Chester Apartment Housing Association.
