		James A. Bleakly, Jr James A. Bleakly, Jr. is Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of First Resource Bank. He graduated from Muhlenberg College with a BA degree in Economics and the Graduate School of Credit and Financial Management at Williams College. Mr. Bleakly has been in the commercial banking field for over 34 years. Over those years, Mr. Bleakly held varied positions within the loan area of different financial institutions ranging from de novo banks to large regional banks. His responsibilities have included serving as a senior loan officer as well as managing problem credits where he established a history of substantial recoveries on previously charged off loans. Mr. Bleakly has been active with the Bucks County Economic Development Corporation for over 25 years and is currently on both the Finance and Executive Committees. He is also a member of the Board of the non-profit Classical Ballet Company in Doylestown, Pa. He had been a member of the Hatfield Township Zoning Board for approximately 18 years and is currently serving as a Hatfield Township Commissioner Back to Officers
