INSTALLMENT
LOANS
First
Resource Bank provides unsecured loans with fixed principal
and interest payments. We will offer competitive fixed
interest rates which will vary with the term of the
loan. (See
Loan Rate Schedule).
The loan term will range from 24 to 60 months. These
loans can be unsecured or secured by a vehicle, depository
account or other non-real estate collateral. There are
no application fees, closing fees or any other fees
associated with these personal loans.
Customer
Identification Notice
In
accordance with Section 326 of the USA Patriot Act. Applicants
for new accounts are requested to provide current picture
identification that verifies identity including name, address
and other identifying information
In
some case, identification will be requested for current
account holders if original documentation was not obtained
with the opening of the account. In all cases, protection
of our customers identity and confidentiality is our pledge
to you.
