First Resource Bank provides letters of credit on your behalf which is our promise to pay a third party to satisfy your contact or municipal improvements required for construction projects. A letter of credit is considered a credit facility similar to a loan. They will be secured by collateral but will have a fee for their issuance in lieu of monthly interest payments.
